Every charter comes with a professional crew, safety gear, fuel, and basic drinks. Certain charters, like sunset trips, include premium beverages and snacks, while business charters provide meeting facilities and corporate dining options.
When should I reserve?
Booking 2–3 weeks ahead is advised, with the busy season being May–September. For corporate gatherings and private functions, securing your dates 4–6 weeks in advance ensures greater availability and allows for personalization time.
What's the procedure if the weather is unfavorable?
Your safety is our utmost concern. In cases where the captain determines weather conditions are dangerous, we'll suggest a new charter date or issue a full reimbursement. We keep a close eye on the weather and will notify you a day before if the forecast seems unreliable.
May I bring my own refreshments and edibles?
Certainly, you're permitted to bring your own food and drinks. We also provide excellent catering with customizable options. For safety, glass containers are prohibited on the vessel.
Do you have yachts that accommodate individuals with mobility issues?
We ensure our services are inclusive for all guests. Some of our boats are more accessible than others. Discuss your requirements with us when making a reservation, and we will select the most suitable yacht and make any necessary preparations.
What are the terms for cancelling?
A full refund is available for cancellations made more than 72 hours before departure. Cancellations done between 24 and 72 hours receive a 50% refund. No refund will be provided for cancellations within 24 hours, except in instances of unsuitable weather conditions or mechanical issues on our end.
